Inner Light Mastery™ is a guided multi-session experience designed to teach meditation, grounding, chakra awareness, and healthy boundary settling in a practical and empowering way. Participants learn how to: * Calm nervous system * Use color visualization for energy balance * Clear & balance their chakra system * Establish healthy boundaries * Build emotional self confidence The class is ideal for individuals, friends, teens, or small groups who want tools for self-healing, emotional balance, and empowered living. Each session combines guided meditation, experiential practice, and practical life application - so participants leave with tools they can use daily. Cost is $900 is per person for 9 weeks of 1-hour sessions.
