Seated on the inHarmony Meditation Cushion, you’ll feel gentle vibrations pulse through your body, synchronized with healing frequencies and music designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and elevate your energy. Whether you’re looking for a quick reset or a profound meditative journey, these sessions help you release stress, improve focus, and access deeper states of stillness—passively and effortlessly. No prior meditation experience needed—just sit back, surrender, and let the frequencies do the work. Available in 30, 60, and 90-minute sessions. This session is not included in packages and must be booked separately.
Cancellation Policy
* Sessions are non-refundable, however clients can reschedule for free if they give at least 24 hours’ notice. * Late cancellations (under 24 hours) require a rebooking fee ($15). * No-shows are charged in full with no refund or reschedule.
