You'll be welcomed into a sacred peaceful space where we begin with a brief conversation to understand your needs and intentions. 
 you may receive an oracle card reading, or we may set your intention together using guided writing or a symbolic release ritual- such as writing down what you want to let go of and destroying it clean water. 
From there, you'll experience a deeply relaxing session that may include sound healing, energy balancing, and intuitive healing, tailored to support your emotional, spiritual and energetic well-being.

YES, While sound baths are generally safe for most people, we recommend that individuals with Epilepsy or history of Seizures consult with their physicians before attending, as certain frequencies may act as a trigger.
We also offer gentle, supportive sessions of Energy healing sessions for those navigating serious health conditions, including cancer. These sessions can include meditation and guided visualization to help activate the body's natural healing and cell regeneration process.

What should I bring to a sound bath session ?

We provide super comfortable plush mats, soft blankets, supportive pillows and soothing eye masks to help you fully relax and receive. You 're welcome to bring a journal to reflect and capture any insights afterward-we'll also provide you with a pen. Please bring a bottle of water, wear cozy, non-restrictive clothing and come well- hydrated. 
We recommend wearing easy slip-on shoes, as you'll be asked to remove your shoes before entering our sacred space. Also, kindly turn your phone to airplane mode before coming in to help preserve the peaceful, distraction-free environment for everyone. 
Be sure to use the restroom before the session begins. Each sound baths lasts about one hour, and staying settled allows you to fully drop into stillness without disruptions. Thank you for honoring the space and your journey inward.
